We were an AirBnb Plus listing until the city of Los Angeles placed severe restrictions to home-sharing rentals.

For $149/night more than 400 guests enjoyed the spectacular views from the deck and the exclusive access to 180 acres of hiking trails.

Here are some of our Five Star reviews from our past guests:

Alain

WOW just WOWWW! Seriously the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. The view off the charts and the experience top-notch.

Mitchel

Feels like you're staying in a treehouse with an incredible view of LA. The interior was wider than we expected.  You will feel far away from the city.

Ozge

At night, watching stars and city lights were priceless! There is an amazing 'moonlight' hanged pretty high on top of the tree, highly recommend to turn that on. It literally gives that 'moonlight' effect to your patio! Living room area is really cute. The TV has all Netflix, Hulu, etc. RV itself has a bunch of lighting, outlets, heaters, and windows. Have fun!

Elizabeth

Much more relaxing than any 5-star hotel I've been in. The views are breathtaking, We felt like celebrities coming out of the camper each morning. There are always people walking/ hiking in the morning with dogs etc.and wondering who was in "that" trailer and we'd come out and have them ask us about it.

Peter

I've stayed all over LA and would easily say this is the best experience I've had. The bed is big and comfortable, the kitchen is bigger than some apartments I've lived in and I was really impressed with the shower. The RV is right near the top of Runyon Canyon Park, so it's super easy to get out and go for a walk (plus you have a parking space so don't have to battle all the other people for one.)

Sarah

If you don't stay here I'm not sure where else you would in the city. Easy parking, easy to get places and you can't beat being right on the trails. I loved waking up to a nice hike then reading on the patio that overlooked the city. Best of both worlds.

Buz

You have to experience this! Pictures don't do it justice! The trailer is so cozy and beautiful, and can only be beaten by the views outside.

Charles

This unique place provided a sense of belonging… a place in which to feel at home. The RV, a vintage lady deserves to be called "Runyon Belle". She's a gracious host that glimmers when the sun hits her on the hillside. Such a treat to stay in a historical artifact sitting on one of the most beautiful panoramic spots in the U.S.

Mark

This little spot on the top of the canyon was perfect!... everything was just as described except the view ...which surpassed my expectation. The Little House movement could take a cue from the perfect space planning in this vintage beauty.

Kelsey

Couldn't have asked for a cooler experience.

Robert

The trailer is within the borders of the very popular Runyon Canyon Park so vehicle traffic is open only to the few incredibly fortunate souls who live there. During the day it is a classic “Million Dollar View” but at night it’s Bob Seger’s “He spent all night looking down at the lights of LA…”   It’s not a big place, nor is it tiny…it’s just right. My only fear is that this place sets the bar too high for anywhere else I might stay.

Liz

Where else can you stay inside a nature preserve/park in the Hollywood Hills overlooking the city? It was urban and yet rural and remote at the same time.

Emma

An amazing way to see the city during the day and retreat to total solitude in the evenings. I can't overstate how serene and special this place is. I was delighted how cool it stayed throughout the day thanks to the breeze passing over the hills and the shade from large trees and cacti.   One of my favorite Airbnb experiences yet.

Kim

Love the location, uniqueness, and amenities of this RV.  So nice to be close to the city and feel like you are secluded from it. FYI, the windows are tinted and while it seems like people can see you, they cannot!!

Luke

The most breathtaking view of downtown Los Angeles; I spent the majority of my time on the deck staring over the vista. All amenities were provided as listed, and everything worked including WiFi.  The RV is enclosed by hedging so you have total privacy, it’s great for people watching!

Emily

It but felt like a magical mountain oasis. We were amazed out how peaceful we felt, only a 10ish minute drive to where we needed to be. Think birds chirping, sun and a book, maybe a cute lizard scurrying on the patio.  The water pressure in the shower was a nice surprise!

Jennifer

We wished we had booked this for our entire stay. The outdoor space was our favorite part. Beautiful views, and our own private balcony. It was great having a dedicated parking space. You won’t find an Airbnb like this anywhere else.

John

Great space for solo time and the trail just outside your door is a beautiful adventure waiting to happen. The trees and plants around the trailer make you feel totally ensconced. Listen for the sounds of owls at night!

Sabrina

You won’t be disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the water pressure. What a great shower! This was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in when it comes to uniqueness.

Mario

We had stayed a few nights in DTLA when we arrived at the Airstream we knew that we didn’t want to go anywhere else. The place is perfect for couples wanting to get away yet stay close to the city. Everything you need is on board and the views and trails are absolutely unreal!!! Thank you guys for making our trip!!

Sam & Stefanie

Cozy and clean, space-efficient and feels a bit like a time capsule inside. We were grateful for the air conditioning because of the heatwave, but the shade and breeze on the back deck made it equally comfortable to sit and read or enjoy our morning coffee. Not to mention being able to walk straight out to hike the canyon trails. This place is even better than the photos— you won’t be disappointed!

Morgana

There aren't really words for how wonderful it is to be in the heart of the city, but still, have some peace and quiet. The entrance gate made me feel extra safe. The place was clean and exactly as described

Scott

It's one of the best possible places to stay in LA. The view is stellar, the unique charm of the place is hard to overstate, and although it is small (it's a vintage trailer, after all) it is comfortable, well-appointed, and offers a surprising amount of modern conveniences.

Devon

The photos don't do it justice, it feels secluded, yet is a short drive or ride share away from whatever you might need. Easy to get to and from the Hollywood bowl for a show, a unique retreat after a day in the city.
